How it works

Selection & Preview Policy

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Applications may be selected based on identity verification, photo quality, suitability for the chosen scene, technical feasibility, and current production capacity.

You may share the Unlisted preview link if you wish. Please reply within 3 days of receiving the preview with APPROVE or a reasonable change request. If no response is received within 3 days, the Unlisted preview may be deleted and the application may be closed without publication. No response will not be treated as approval.

Application

Choose a travel video above, then open the application in a new tab. Your selected video will be carried over. Your photos, signature and application are submitted through Tally.

JPG or PNG only • Maximum 10MB per file.

For your verification selfie, hold a handwritten note showing today's date and “Be in My Travel Video”. Keep your face and the note clearly visible. This photo is for verification, not publication.

You can also choose your travel video inside the application.

Complete all required fields, upload your photos, and draw your signature. Your application is received only after you submit and see Tally's confirmation message.

Project Contact

Questions, deletion requests, selection notices, and preview approvals will be handled through the project email. Selected participants should reply to the preview email within 3 days with APPROVE or a reasonable change request. If no response is received within 3 days, the Unlisted preview may be deleted and the application may be closed without publication.
